In this episode you’ll learn Why not take performance enhancing drugs?, plus…
- Why you would want to take performance enhancing drugs.
- What precautions you would need to take.
- Who definitely shouldn’t take them.
- Where to legally get performance enhancing drugs (PEDs).
- And much, much more.
This topic has been stoked by a listener question, and I’m happy that it has come up.
Scott O. asks…
– Everyone keeps dodging my question: If you aren’t an athlete competing under the sanctions of a governing body, why not take supplements like HGH, performance enhancing drugs (PEDs), etc…
With there being so much talk of PED use in sports these days, and on the tails of CrossFit Games superstar Ricky Garard getting popped for taking PEDs, after finishing 3rd at the 2017 Games, I feel like this is an interesting topic to discuss.
And, we really need to bring the topic of performance enhancing drugs into the light.
By asking questions like…
Why would people use them, where are they getting them, how are they different from other supplements that you can get on Amazon.com.
I would also like to note… PEDs stands for Performance Enhancing Drugs, which covers anything that will improve your performance. When people are talking about PEDs, they are talking about PEDs that are not allowed by sanctioned athletic associations.
These PEDs may or may not be illegal in the eyes of the law, and I am not a lawyer, or doctor trying to sway you to take or not take these drugs. It’s up to you.
However, you should note that PEDs are all around us. Some very common PEDs that people take everyday are caffein, food, creatine, and anything else that you put into your body that increases your performance, AT ALL.
In this podcast I’m going to take Scott’s question straight on, and talk about…
Are there (or could there be) legal repercussions to taking PEDs…
Where are people getting PEDs…

Are PEDs healthy…
Do PEDs actually work…
