This email is coming to you from Carbondale, Colorado, where the Aspen leaves are GLOWING!!!
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week…
Using ChatGPT for meal planning –
One of our members in the Get Better Project wanted to create a meal prep plan, and he used ChatGPT to do it.
Here’s the trick: give ChatGPT some direction and fine-tune it until you get something that really works for you.
For example, tell it your macro goals, the kinds of foods you like, your overall goals, how many meals you want to eat each day, and how much time you want to spend cooking. Really dig deep, and you’ll come up with some interesting results!
This is SO FREAKING COOL!!!
Amazing ride of the week –
Last Friday, we had our first rainy day of the Spain bike trip—and boy, did it rain! Fortunately, there were a few trails in Tremp (where we were riding) that handled the rain really well.
One of the trails was completely slick rock, like you’d find in Moab, UT or Buena Vista, CO, and it was actually called the Slick Rock Trail.
And the REALLY amazing thing about this trail was that it was almost entirely downhill! If you’ve ever ridden slick rock-style trails in the Southwest, you know they usually have some downhill but are very pedally. So to have over a mile of downhill, techy slick rock was incredible!!!
AirTags for the win (bikes lost) –
After countless flights where our bikes arrived on time all over the world, we had our first LOST BIKES scenario.
We had a layover in London with about two hours between flights—plenty of time for our bikes to get transferred. But as it turns out, while we made the flight from London to Denver, our bikes decided to stay an extra night in Europe.
The great thing about AirTags is that we knew our bikes didn’t make it before we even got off the plane in Denver. We went straight to the lost bags counter, filled out the form, and got all the info for picking them up the next day.
Even better, we could see the bikes had arrived in Denver before we even heard from the airline, and we picked them up from baggage claim right as they arrived.
AirTags for the WIN!!!
Do you have any good AirTag stories?

That’s all I have for you this week. We’re off to ride some bikes and probably do TOO MUCH activity ;-). Here’s hoping you have too much activity this weekend as well!
Cheers!
