This is the Workout of the Day for 4/29/13
A. 20 mins to build to a heavy back squat. If it feels good, go for a new 1RM. If not, work on form.
B. 3 round for time of:
10 thrusters @95/65
10 burpees over the bar
Rest 5 mins
C. 3 rounds for time of:
15 shoulder to overhead @95/65
15 box jumps @24/20
**Make sure you warm up properly for every workout of the day. The reason we don’t provide warm ups is because everyone is a little different, and you should have your own warm up sequence that you go through.
