It’s amazing how effective body weight exercises can be when done with intensity. A lot of times they get overlooked because they aren’t fancy or because they can be done anywhere. But a great body weight routine can get you super fit!
Here are the exercise that you should be focused on:
Air squats
Single leg squats (of all heights)
Squat jumps
Lunges
Walking lunges
Side lunges
Jumping lunges
Bulgarian split squats
Two legged jumps (for height and distance)
Single leg jumps (for height and distance)
Push-ups – normal grip, wide grip, and narrow grip
Clapping push-ups
Tricep extensions agains wall
Pike handstand push-ups
Handstand holds agains wall
Handstand push-ups (always strict)
Handstand walking
Calf raises
Single leg calf raises
Pull-ups/assisted pull-ups (if you have a bar or playground)
