Have you been following Beth’s CrossFit Weight Loss Challenge? If not, you should be. Beth is an inspiration to us all.
Here’s Beth getting it done late at night. Sometimes you only have time for your health and fitness late at night after the kids go to bed. That shouldn’t stop you from getting it done. As Beth says “do a little bit”.
2.5 week update
Beth’s CrossFit Weight Loss Challenge stats:
Weight lost: 8lbs
This week’s CrossFit workouts
3 rounds for time of:
10 lunges (5 each leg)
10 chair dips
15 squats
*At this point I’m having Beth repeat the same workouts to practice the movements.
Meals from last week:
A bed of spinach with leftover steak sliced up, cooked mushrooms, cauliflower, and avocado. The avocado was used as a substitute for dressing because when it is mixed in, it has a creamy buy levitra legal online texture like a dressing, but less fat, calories, etc and lots more beneficial nutrients.
Cooked ground lean meat, fresh garlic, spinach, avocado, sweet potato and added in a dash of onion powder.
“Shepards pie without the pie crust” basically cooked ground lean meat in a beef broth and thickened, mix in some frozen peas, corn, carrots, add a dash of onion powder and garlic powder.
A bed of chopped kale, sliced rotisserie chicken, tomato, avocado, white onion, a handful of croutons, and organic Cesar dressing.
Spring mix lettuce, cole slaw (without dressing), 1 morning star chicken patty (meatless), cucumber, mushroom, tbls of tabouli, a couple croutons, and organic Cesar dressing.
Beth is making it happen, now it’s your turn to get outside and have fun by working hard! 🙂
