Sometimes we have things that get in the way of our intended plans. Common things that I hear are weather, the cold, sickness, kids, other fun things to do, etc. But it’s the mindset that we take, or the way we approach these things that determines what our reaction will be. It’s clear that Beth has made a drastic mindset change over the last few months. Things can pop up, and try to derail her, but because she is focused on her goal, nothing can stop her. Once you’ve made a clear decision that you’re going to achieve your goal no matter what, you are unstoppable.

This week’s CrossFit workouts (same as last week)
If you watched the videos above then you know that Beth had some setbacks in getting her CrossFit workouts done last week. Because of that, we’re going to keep the same CrossFit workouts for this week. Getting these done is an extremely important part of a complete fitness program.
Workout 1
3 rounds for time of:
15 child dead lifts
15 push ups
15 sit ups
16 lunges (8 each leg)
Workout 2
20 burpees (not for time)
Then…
3 rounds for time of:
10 overhead presses @20lbs (could be backpack, dumbbells (10lbs each), etc)
10 bent over rows @20lbs (same as above)
10 dips
Workout 3
4 rounds for time of:
10 Sumo dead lift high pulls @20lbs (same as above)
12 push ups
15 squats
Meals from last week
2 hard boiled eggs with a little mayo and ground meat.
Kale salad, cucumber, tomato, steak.
Suteed broccoli with garlic and pork.
2 eggs made into omellette with kale, ground meat, and sweet potato.
2 eggs made into omelette with broccoli, sweet potato, 1 breakfast sausage link.
Mixed vegeies with chicken drizzled with general tso’s sauce.

Now get outside and have fun by working hard!
