Day 1 of the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet
After taking a red eye flight from Seattle to Cleveland (including a 2 hour layover in Chicago) my day 1 of the Fasting Mimicking Diet was tiring (to say the least).
Here’s what I ate on day 1:

As far as fasting goes… this is a LOT of food to be eating. Am I still hungry… yeah! But the food is pretty good. Well, either that or I’m just hungry enough that anything would taste good.
