Day 2 of the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet
Ok, so… today was rough. We went to Niagara Falls and walked from the US side across the bridge to the Canada side, and during that walk I felt like I was bonking.
I guess that because I’ve felt the sensation of bonking before during while doing an endurance event I knew what was occurring and the feeling was known to me.
What I am figuring out is that I do have some emotions tide up in eating, and I do look forward to the food that I eat at almost every meal. This is more of an observation than me telling you this fasting thing is hard. It is what it is. Definitely doable, so far.
