Day 3 of the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet
On day 3 of the Fasting Mimicking Diet things started off really well! I felt hungry in the morning but had a bar to keep me semi satisfied through the early afternoon.
Hunger was definitely a factor, but it wasn’t really too bad.
Things stayed pretty darn stable until night time rolled around.
It could be because I usually eat the vast majority of my calories at night, or it could be that I’m just starting to get hungry from not eating too much during the day…
Either way, last night was tough! We watched a movie which I thought would keep me from thinking about food, but… it didn’t really help. And once bed time rolled around I was feeling pretty tired, but little did I know that I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep… I must have drifted off at some point, but I didn’t really sleep much at all last night. Bummer!
