Holy moly! We just finished doing (maybe) our 8th Prolon fasting diet (5 days), and are feeling fantastic! It seems like people are really hit or miss on this, but the science is super solid, and the results are… amazing!
If you want to lose body fat quickly, or want a mental reset, or want to do a really good thing for your body…
This is the best thing I know of!
We do it every 3-4 months, and that seems to be a great interval for feeling great and looking extra lean without calorie deficit dieting.
Hit me up if you have any questions.
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week.

Great customer service –
I ride a Revel mountain bike, and they have consistently been amazing when I’ve needed help.
Last week I somehow broke my real axle when I was hopping around in the yard.
Without any expectation I sent them an email asking if the axle was under warranty (the bike is over 2 years old), and they replied asking if the address they for me was accurate because they were going to send out a new axle that day.
It just makes me want to buy another bike from them. And I will!
If you have any great customer service experiences please share them with me. I want to buy things from them!
Purchase I just made –
Thorne Creatine from Amazon (on sale)
Creatine is the most positively studied sports supplement of all time. It’s great for muscle recovery, energy, and even brain function.
And I was just reading about it being suggested for older people to help muscles from breaking down.
Creatine is low cost and high benefit, and you should ask your doctor about it (I have to say this), but I recommend it to everyone (even my Mom).
PS Thorne and Blonyx are my favorite brands.
Our latest fast and fun video –

If you are dreaming of warmer days of riding bikes in the sun… here you go ;-)!
