This email is coming to you from Telluride CO, which we’ve decided is one of the most beautiful places we’ve EVER been! And the altitude is super high and good for endurance/fitness training :-).

Thought that I’ve been pondering –
Cardio Myth vs. resistance/weight training for fat loss
When we are doing all of this running we get a lot of people that make comments about how we look the way we do because of all the running we’re doing.
But the truth is we are losing muscle because of doing all this running, and if you want to look your best and be as fit as possible… you should be focusing on high intensity resistance training, and not cardio. You want to do cardio based on what you want to train for (like a marathon) but it’s the resistance train that should be the focus to raise your metabolism, and turn your body into a fat burning machine. It also takes MUCH less time.
Hit me up if you have any questions about this myth floating around the fitness media and gyms (for years).
