Sometimes just thinking about what went great lately is enough to change your whole mood. Read below for a tip on how I do this to feel great daily :-).

Tip for feeling great daily –
Create a reminder in your phone that asks you “What awesome happened yesterday?”
Then have a running Notes file where you answer the question.
I used to do this at 8pm every night, but found that I was always answering it in the morning, and that set a great tone for my day ahead. So I recommend setting your reminder for whenever you are drinking your coffee/tea.
Make this a daily ritual, and I guarantee it will make you feel good!

I know that several of us have read this book series, and I’ll start by saying that the book series is OUTSTANDING! It was my best fiction book (series) of the year.
The show is starting to grow on me, and I stop watching things if I think they aren’t entertaining or teaching me something.
So, read the book, the fine details are hard to get into film, but checkout the show.
