This email is coming to you from the bottom of the slopes at Crystal Mountain. Our goal is to snowboard 40 days this season and today will be #4, so we have some work to do!

The best thing I ate all week –
Emily’s granola, which used to be my moms granola
I just posted this up on my website so you can get the recipe, baking instructions, and nutrition facts.
It’s VERY hard to find healthy granola at a grocery store, so make your own if you like the stuff!
Purchase that I’m enjoying –
We keep about 6 of these in our van at all times and they are great for tying things down inside and outside of the van (or on bikes). And they come in fun colors! 🙂
My favorite workout of the month –
Strongman Sandbag by The Get Better Project
Unfortunately this workout is designed for those of you that have a sandbag. If you don’t have a sandbag you could use DB’s but it won’t be quite as fun :-).
Also, the Rogue Strongman Sandbag is my favorite workout tool of the year, and they are less than $100 for the 100 or 150 pound bags. Which could be filled to less weight but that’s the maximum.
If you have questions about sizes let me know. I use a 150 and it’s pretty darn heavy for me!
Thought that I’m pondering –
Spend time around dreaming action takers
This is kind of the same idea as the fact that you are (or will become) a combination of the 5 people that you hang around most.
If you hangout with people that dream big dreams and take action to achieve those big dreams… you’ll dream bigger and take bigger actions to achieve your own big dreams.
Here’s to dreaming big and taking massive action toward reaching those dreams!
