I’m just about to depart to Bend Oregon, where we are going to pick up a bike for Emily. The bike shortage is a real thing, and we lucked upon a bike that Emily was looking for during our last visit to Bend. (If you want to buy her medium 2019 Santa Cruz Tallboy CC let me know.)

Homemade Granola
Here’s the recipe. Feel free to adjust based on nutritional needs. I added pumpkin seed due to InsideTracker recommendations.
FYI – This is a calorie dense snack/meal. That’s not a bad thing, but just be aware.
Most fun workout of the week –
Level 1
3 rounds for time of:
20 air squats
10 DB/banded deadlifts
5 burpees OR alt high knees
Level 3
3 rounds for time of:
50 alt single leg squats
10 DB hang squat cleans
7 devils press
