I was hoping to get more footage for this video, but I’ve learned that I don’t take video when I’m tired (I need to fix this). So, I’ve done my best to tell a short story with the video footage that I have, and I think it turned out better than expected. 🙂

The really strange thing about this post/reel is that my metrics say that 0 of my 14k followers viewed it, but it was liked almost 300 times. Instagram has some strange things going on these days.
Nutrition for a long ride/run/adventure –
2 hours before – Full meal of protein, fat, and carbs
30-45 mins before – 5 Perfect Aminos – 1.5 scoops Ucan Energy
Every 30-45 mins during activity
- If feeling bonky – 1 Honey Stinger Waffle or a few swigs of Tailwind
- If feeling good – Ucan Energy gel
Right activity – 5-10 Perfect Aminos (depending on difficulty)
30-60 mins after – Full meal of protein, fat, and carbs
