Hi!
I’ll be leaving, leaving on a midnight train to Georgia.
Sorry, that song is playing in the coffee shop in Moab and it’s stuck in my head :-). I’m not going to Georgia.
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week.

My latest podcast –
AAJ 191: Mental Toughness During Your Workouts
This podcast was inspired by one of you awesome readers/listeners who asked… “You have a ton of great podcasts! Can you point me to the show where you talk about how to push through a tough workout to get a good time/score?”
And after looking through my 190 podcasts, I realized that I hadn’t talked about how to overcome your mind telling you to quit during a hard workout, and to actually push to the point of getting a great time/score.
I believe knowing how to do this is not only the difference between being good at CrossFit/sports, but also the holy grail to unlocking super results in body composition change, health, and top fitness.
A National Park that you can’t miss –
So, one of the big bummers about going to all of these National Parks is the crowds of non-respectful people that come with them. The people that throw trash around and whatnot.
It’s amazing, but they are everywhere. And it’s really sad.
But, fear not, Capitol Reef National Park is a place that hasn’t become popular with the masses. I’m not sure if that’s because the super long RV’s can’t navigate down the narrow roads, or the media hasn’t blasted about how awesome it is…
Anyway, Capitol Reef is an AMAZING place that you should definitely put on your list. In fact, I would go there over Zion or Bryce because it’s probably just as amazing with 80% less people.
You didn’t hear it from me!
What I’m reading –
The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason
This is a great read if you feel like you can’t get ahead in your financial life.
It has some very simple stories about the ancient city of Babylon, and the things that the people of Babylon did to become the richest city of that time.
Two thumbs up! In fact, I finished it, and just started reading it again.
Mastery in repetition.

This email is getting a little long after only three Feel Good points, so I’m going to call it there.
If you need anything at all just let me know!
Cheers,
