This podcast includes a handful of tools that I’ve found to be incredibly helpful in making you (and those around you) happier, healthier, better looking, and better performers. 😉 Well, maybe not better looking, but they might “feel” better looking.
App that’s helping me be more productive –
Sleep Stream 2 Ultimate
Hence the name, I originally bought this app while testing sleep hacks, but have found that it wasn’t my favorite for putting me to sleep. BUT it’s been fantastic for focus and creativity.
This is a binaural beats app that essentially adjusts your brain waves to that of deep sleep, meditation, focus, creativity, and more.
As I’m writing this (right now) I’m listening to the creativity binaural beat setting with some Mozart playing over the top. This works great!

Supplement that I take this time of year –
Extreme Endurance
When I have an event that would be more pleasant with a little more endurance, or a little less lactic acid burning, I almost always start taking the supplement Extreme Endurance. Studies have shown that when taking this supplement athletes have less exercise-related lactic acid.
I’ve found this to be helpful over and over for the last 4+ years. It just makes you feel better during endurance events (like the CrossFit Open).
