The Halo Sport by Halo Neuroscience
I’ve been excited to try the Halo Sport for a few years now. Ever since I heard that top athletes (Olympians, CrossFitter, etc.) were using it to increase the speed at which they were improving. That was like 3 years ago!
After (only) using it for 3 weeks I’m seeing the lifts that I’m training right now (box squats and overhead squats) getting easier each week. But don’t take it from me… checkout this video from CrossFit Invictus where athletes increased lifts by 5% over the control group in only a few weeks.

Whether you like him or hate him, UFC champion Conor McGregor has accomplished some amazing feats in his career, and I thought this was an excellent documentary in that it shows the mindset that he has used to become who he is today.
