I’m working on making the weird things that we do on a regular bases more accessible to everyone who wants to tune in. And am trying hard to get better at the editing and content so we can build a bigger viewer base.

What I’m putting in my coffee –
Laird’s Superfood Creamer WITH Functional Mushrooms. This is similar to what I told you about previously, but this version has the mushrooms already mixed up with the creamer. Which definitely saves loads of time ;-).
Both options are good, but we started seeing this mixed version in the stores and thought we’d try it.

One of my favorite things is checking out what other people are adding to their vans, what bikes they are riding, and gear they are wearing. So, I created a post that details all of the things we do.

I regularly cycle on and off of the Blonyx HMB+Creatine (which is one of my favorites), but now that we are ramping up to this 12 hour mountain bike race next month (12 Hours of Mesa Verde) I’m adding a little more HMB into my routine.
HMB is “Shown to speed strength and muscle mass gains in strength athletes, and improve endurance performance” (read more about the science). Which is exactly what I’m looking for right now!
