What a good week it has been! And now it’s Friday!
You know when you feel tired and it’s because you’ve lived really well? That’s how I’m feeling. Lots of workouts, lots of mountain biking, and lots of high quality work. Yeah buddy! But now it’s time to recover. Which is just as important as the good stuff.

Eat your protein first –
If you’ve been with me for a while then you’ve definitely heard me talk about this before, but it’s worth hearing again.
When you decide to eat anything, you should always figure out your protein first. #rulestoliveby
Every meal, every snack, every time you think of eating… protein first!
We live in a carb and fat centric world, but if you want to feel good, look good, and recover fast from injury and workouts (same thing BTW)… make sure you’re getting enough protein. And eating it, and thinking about it first is the way to go!
Then fats and carbs.
