This email is coming to you from the Momentum Vans client lounge in Arlington WA. Where we were able to slide into their busy schedule to get an additional 21 gallon (Summer time) water tank added to our van. This will allow us to carry up to 41 gallons of water in the van during the summer months, which will also allow us to shower more frequently ;-).
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week…

My latest podcast –
AAJ 272: What’s your story and is it helping or hurting you
After working with so many people over the years, you start to see trends in the people that are successful at improving their lives and those that are not.
Well, being able to identify the stories that you tell yourself, about yourself are a major factor in the results that you get.
If this sounds interesting to you… this would be a good listen or watch on YouTube.
Our top adventure –
11 mile trail run in Bend OR near Phil’s Trails
We are slowly creeping up the mileage, and some things are feeling good, and some things….
This was a beautiful trail run! Checkout the video to get a bit of our perspective, and the Garmin stats if you’d like to geek out.
Side note: we also almost got stuck driving up on the logging roads in some snowy mudliciousness :-).
Workout of the week –
Pulling THUNDER by the Get Better Project
One of the major complaints that I hear from people is about shoulder/neck pain, and a lot of that can be alleviated by simply using your pulling muscles. This will train your shoulders to be in the postural location they were intended to be in. And a nice back is a huge show of strength in both men and women.
https://foodtechchallenge.com/diflucan-order/ on Diflucan ‘fluconazole’. Mechanism of action and cross-resistance with other azole antifungals. Spectrum of activity. Dosages and therapeutic drug monitoring, including prophylaxis and paediatric, and adjustments for . renal, hepatic impairment. PK-PD and formulations.
Enjoy!
Thought I’ve been pondering –
The important use of time. We get ourselves so wrapped up in getting work done that a lot of times we are missing moments that should be enjoyed and experienced fully.
Take a moment to think about what’s really important to you and if you’re giving the important things the time they deserve.
Here’s a hint… the people that you care about are usually more important than the TPS report. Always, actually.
