You might not think that living in a van would cause me to have a tight schedule, BUT… when you’re trying to work full time and do as many cool things as possible… your workout time gets compressed.
Not to mention, it does take quite a bit of time to take our 400 pounds of weights in and out of the van.
So, this show is for all you people who feel like you don’t have time to get into amazing shape.

The River of Doubt by Candice Millard
This is an unbelievable true story about Theodore Roosevelt’s “darkest journey”, an expedition down the River of Doubt (yes, that’s the name of the river) in Brazil. Actually the river was renamed Roosevelt River at some point after his journey.
This has been a fun read/listen!

The CrossFit Team Series
For the last few years CrossFit has held an online workout competition called the CrossFit Team Series. And this year they have really done a great job with the workouts. Making them really fun (except for the 7 mins of burpees).
All you need is a partner. Male/male, female/female, or male/female, and you can get after it!
