This email is coming from back up in the Seattle area, where it is oddly warm and raining (of course). Fall seems to be in full swing.
A lot of people like Fall, but I would be just fine with Summer and Winter switching back and forth ;-).
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week…

Super fun mountain biking –
Lower Whoops in Bend Oregon – This trail is FULL of fun jumps and sweeping turns through the Deschutes National Forest.
Coffee we are loving –
We originally discovered the Super Dank in Driggs ID where they use it to make the cold brew at Rise Coffee House. And have since been making (and enjoying it) as hot coffee.
Really cool recovery Cupper –
The Achedaway Cupper is the coolest/best cupping device that I’ve used. It is electronic, so no pumping or lighting candles. It also works with an app on your phone. And it incorporates infrared lights into your cupping session.
If you enjoy cupping as a recovery device… this one is great!
I’ll be doing a full review in the coming weeks.

That’s what I have for you this week. If you need anything at all, please let me know.
Cheers!
