This email is coming to you from Guacamole Mesa in Utah where we are looking into Zion National Park (see image), AND there are mountain bike trails from our campsite. What?!
Here’s what I found fun, interesting, or noteworthy this week…
Our first Oaxaca video is LIVE –
From Super BEAUTIFUL to Super LOOSE (Oaxaca Mountain Biking Day 1)
I’m super excited to finally get to share these Oaxaca videos with you because the riding is SO BEAUTIFUL!!! And sharing the travel adventure is just one of my favorite things!
I hope you enjoy these! 🙂
Thought I’ve been pondering –
Small amounts of high quality practice over time create HUGE results/changes!
I really think we want big results so fast that we don’t really take this idea seriously enough.
We just encountered this phenomenon yesterday when we rode a mountain bike trail that we thought had a bunch of hard and scary moves almost exactly two years ago, and this time around we had no trouble with any of the moves.
When you think about how this can be really powerful for you… think about things you can do without too much time but you can do VERY CONSISTENTLY on a regular basis (3-7 times a week).
This obviously works great for things like exercise and nutrition, but you knew I’d mention that.
I’m thinking things like learning a new language, cooking, writing, learning a specific subject, communication skills. The ideas are endless.
What are you working on Getting Better at?
What I’m listening to –
Kenny Chesney new album called Born
Just some good ol’ Kenny Chesney country coming in hot! Love it!

That’s what I have for you this week. Try picking something new to Get Better at over time! Then figure out how to hold yourself accountable to being consistent with it until it becomes a habit.
Cheers!
Joe
