There are a ton of pre-workout supplements out there, and I’m doing my best to test them, so you can make an informed decision about what’s right for you.
Buzz Pre-Workout is… well, Buzz is a pre workout supplement that’s designed to do several things.
It comes at you with ingredients designed to…
* Increase power and strength
* Pump and vascularity
* Energy
* And focus
How does it does this…
Some of the ingredients that you’ve probably heard of before are creatine (increases strength and muscle mass), arginine (responsible for vasodilatation), tyrosine (increased energy and focus), taurine (muscular endurance), and b vitamins (energy production).
But there are also some lesser known ingredients that should be noted…
Betain – found in beetroots, and increases strength and power.
Bata Alanine – increases strength, power, and endurance.
D-Aspartic Acid – promotes natural testosterone production.
Choline – helps you think and focus better.
Huperzine A – helps you think better and improves your mood.
Agmatine Sulfate – promotes longer pumps (blood flow to muscles).
Acetyl L-Carnitine – promotes burning fat as energy.
Pterostilbene – has been shown to lower blood lipid and cholesterol levels.
Citrulline Malate – increases sort burst athletic performance through the ATP energy system.
1, 3, 7 Trimethylxanthine – the is also know as caffeine anhydrous, which as you know will increase energy and performance.
What do I think…
Now that I’ve listed all of the ingredients of the Buzz Pre-Workout, and what their supposed to do, let me jump to how Buzz actually works.
Taste – I have the Raging Red Raspberry flavor of Buzz pre workout. I don’t like that it’s sweetened with Sucralose, but the flavor is good.
The mental side – When taking Buzz pre-workout you can almost immediately feel it working. You feel increased focus, and increased mood. Kind of like you want to work, and are happy about it. Weird, right? Haha! This would be a good thing for someone who doesn’t especially like to workout, and is a great thing for those of us who do.
The physical side – The first few times that I took Buzz, I didn’t really notice too much difference from other top pre workout supplements. But after a few weeks I started to notice something strange… well, really it was strange, but awesome! During the middle of my workouts, when I would normally start to feel the fatigue setting in, I noticed that I still felt energized and excited to crush workouts. At this point I was still only taking the half scoop of Buzz. I really didn’t feel the need to take anymore.
Another positive thing that I felt while taking Buzz was almost like a consistent feeling of strength. Do you ever go to the gym and feel like you don’t have it? I sure do. But I felt like when taking Buzz I had less of those days.
Final thoughts on Buzz Pre-Workout…
Buzz pre-workout is a supplement that grows on you. Right out of the gate I wasn’t sure about it. But after a few weeks it showed its true colors. It showed that it’s one of the top pre workouts supplements in the game today.
If you’re looking to try a new pre-workout, I recommend getting Buzz.
