
Here’s what we all did:
5 rounds for time of:
20 squats
20 pushups
20 overhead walking lunges (we used plastic lawn chairs as weights)
10 handstand pushups
1 stair run (4 flights)
Then…
Run into the ocean and complete 50 swim strokes

The workout was a burner that will hopefully produce some sore people for the next few days. 🙂
There’s such a cool group of interesting people here!
