In this show I talk with Jason Ackerman on Fasting and Life!
In this episode I talk with… Jason Ackerman on Fasting and Life…
The last time we talked you were in Florida! How has living in Colorado been, and what are the major lifestyle differences?
What initially interested you about fasting?
When we did the Fasting Mimicking Diet in June with the Get Better Project…
– Was that the first time you’d used the kit?
– What were your thoughts on the foods in the kit?
– Where there any foods that you liked or didn’t like?
– Walk us through the week… were you hungry, low/high energy, etc.
Did you have any observations about the weeks following the fast? I felt much more calm.
Have you done the FMD by creating the meal plan yourself?
If so, did you notice any differences?
We did the FMD without caffeine, but it sounds like having a cup of coffee each day wouldn’t be a bad thing. Do you have any thoughts on that?
What was the first thing that you ate on day 6, or the first thing that you ate that you were craving?
What are you telling people that are interested in multi day fasting but aren’t 100% sure about it?
What are you up to for the rest of summer?
What are your 3 favorite cheat meals?
Where do you see CrossFit 3 years from now?
What’s something interesting/weird about you that most people probably don’t know? 🙂
Where can people follow your life journey?
