Curry Chicken (Beef) Stew – Lunch

How to: We browned the stew meat with chopped onions, then added curry and curcumin to taste. Once browned, add coconut milk, simmer, then add to crockpot.
Added: We ate this on top of purple cabbage.
Beef and sweet potato casserole – Dinner
2 pounds ground beef
4(ish) cups spinach
1 yellow pepper
4-6 sweet potatoes
Sprinkle red pepper flakes for zing
2 eggs mixed in for stickiness
How to: Cook beef, spinach, and sweet potatoes. Then mix everything together into a casserole dish, and cook for 20-30 mins. Enjoy!
Egg casserole – Breakfast
We make this one from our own trial and error. It’s one of our staples that we make every week.
14 farm fresh eggs
1 rep pepper
4 cups(ish) spinach
1/2 pound ground pork sausage
How to: Froth eggs big time. This should be a forearm workout. Cook pork and sautee spinach. Add everything to casserole dish. Bake for 20-30 mins.
