Getting back to riding in the PNW turned out to be a shocker for sure. We had forgotten how dark a PNW forest can get (even before sunset). Oops!
Maybe we need some lights for our bikes just in case…
Practice I’m picking back up –
Meditation with Holosync
Wowza does this work to help me relax, feel happy, lower stress, and recover faster!
I’ve picked this practice up several times in my life and I always would get too busy (as you know). But every time I get back into it I’m amazed by how powerful it is.
The downside it’s that it takes time and there is no app. But I’m convinced that it worth every second!
The test will be if I can do the meditation at least 5 days a week while traveling in Europe… #goals
Another Prolon fast in the books –
We just completed another Prolon 5 Day Fasting Diet, and it was the BEST YET!! There’s a chance that I say that every time, but it’s true every single time!
I’m convinced that the more often you do these Prolon 5 day fasts, the faster your body shifts into ketosis, and when that happens you get to burn fat as your main energy source. Also, when you have ketones in your body it feels good.
If you are interested in the RESULTS…. I wrote up a blog post with before and after pics and all the data I could gather from Whoop and our smart scale.
