WE GOT SOAKED!!!! While Trying to Jump Our Bikes… Lone Wolf – Bend
The perfect conditions for a jump trail turned into puddles and wet sand in less than 15 mins, and we were left soaked and with less than enough speed to clear most of the jumps.
But if you like to see others suffer… You will like this one!
Easy workout that makes you feel ALIVE –
Warm up A LOT then…
10 sets of:
100m sprints with 3 mins rest between sets
*If you haven’t sprinted for a long time… a sprint for you is running fast, NOT all out!
As humans we are designed to be able to run, and run FAST from things that can kill us. So there are many benefits that we get from running fast for short bursts. We are designed to do it. Google it if you need to.
It also makes you feel AMAZING!!! And because a sprint is short… you don’t have that really bad feeling that comes from doing a hard workout to get to the good feels.
*Please note, if your running form SUCKS… running faster is only going to increase your chances of injury, so fix that sh** before you add speed please. Yes, it’s worth it. #DoHardThings
