I got my new weight vest this week and have been dying to strap it on and have a workout! Today was the day! Here’s the CrossFit workout (wod) for today!
10 rounds for time of:
10 pull ups
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 squats
My time was 20:17 with a 20 pound weight vest!
I’m just coming off taking a week off from training, so adding the weight vest might have been crazy, but I had a blast!
