When I first introduce CrossFit to people, I’m not always sure how they will react. I’m here to tell you the Tropical MBA crew not only rocked their first CrossFit workout, but continued to ask for more. We did CrossFit workouts for the rest of the trip (see pictures below). One of the days we even talked a Badladz Beach Resort employee into cutting down a 3.5 meter piece of bamboo that we tied to the beach entrance pillars to create a pull up bar. Epic! I was throughly impressed with the determination and effort that all of the group put into the workouts.

Here are some of the workouts we did in Puerto Galera:
3 rounds for time of:
20 burpees
30 second L-sit holds
30-40 yard sled push (we used a kayak…)
200m run
5 rounds for time of:
25m swim
As many towel pull ups as you can do
10 handstand pushups
15 decline sit ups
Not for time of:
200 pushups
100 pistol squats
