Call your fit friend and ask to tag along.
If you have a super fit friend who actually knows what they are talking about… this is definitely the most effective of the tips in this show.
If you have someone that can take you under their wing, you’ll find that you will get results so much faster than if you try to do any of this stuff on your own. ?
Make your 2020 lighter than 2019
Doing any of these things will propel you towards a lighter you in 2020, and trying a few of them together will make your 2020 unrecognizable from 2019.
Just get started! Let’s say you do CrossFit and keep track of the food you’re eating. Or you do Keto and start a workout program. Hot damn! I can see the new you now!
