Doing CrossFit competitions is fun, but losing at them isn’t as fun. I mean, they are still fun, but who doesn’t want to do well. I want to win every competition that I enter. And if I don’t get at least top 5 I feel like I’ve let myself down (and those that look up to me).
But there are times that you just get beat, and beat bad. And this is how I’m dealing with that defeat, and how I’m going to come back stronger because of it.
