If you want to move better… if it’s on your snatch, clean, deadlift, or any other movement you need to get some feedback.
The best way to get started with that today is to video your movements. You can move better by simply pulling out your old iPhone and recording yourself. Then just take a look at what you see.
From there start watching others move. Watch how over world class athletes to the movements that you want to get better at. Do this and you can start to move better right away.
There are angles, and small differences that you’ll see. They will pop up when you look at the video.
You also NEED to be on Instagram. Even if you don’t like social media, Instagram will be a great resource for you to watch lot and lots of good movement. This will help you move better!
