In this video I show you and tell you why I use protein powder in my coffee instead of using artificial sweeteners, milk, or regular old sugar.
Just put a small scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder in your coffee and you’ve made yourself a delicious coffee treat with nutritious protein!
Please make sure that your protein powder doesn’t include any artificial sweeteners.
Also, note that I use Progenex protein powder for my recovery shake after workouts, but use a lesser quality protein for non-time sensitive situations.
Although I’ll probably switch everything to Progenex in the near future because Progenex works so good post workout that it will probably help at other times too!
