I got the video bug while out riding in the Seattle rain and decided to give you some CrossFit Endurance motivation.
Never let weather stop you from getting a great workout in!
Although the CrossFit Endurance workouts are intense, they are usually pretty short.
The day following this bike ride I was doing a CrossFit Endurance swim in Greenlake (a small lake near Seattle), and the wind was blowing so hard that there were about 2 foot high swell in the lake! Not to mention it was 50 degrees outside. I did have a wetsuit on, but battling those waves was brutal! That being said I still rocked out my workout in the freezing cold, windy Seattle weather.
Now get outside and have fun by working hard!
