Lunges, Dips, and Squats
Beth’s CrossFit Weight Loss Challenge stats:
Weight lost: 10lbs. Down 2lbs from last week.
This week’s CrossFit workouts
Workout 1
3 rounds of:
20 second plank
15 PVC pipe overhead squats
10 child deadlifts (pick up your child from the floor 10 times)
Workout 2
1 round of:
50 pushups
Workout 3
3 rounds for time of:
10 lunges (5 each leg)
10 chair dips
15 squats
Meals from last week
Bowl of ground beef cooked with taco seasoning and added in kale.
Pieces of cooked meat put in boston lettuce to make lettuce wraps and added scallions on top.
Omelette – fresh garlic, mushrooms, kale, taco seasoned ground beef, 2 eggs mixed with water to make the omelette.
Salad – lettuce, mushrooms, cauliflower, white onion, avacado, cucumber, Morning Star meatless chicken patty.
Fruit smoothie with spinach added.
Cup of blueberries and a nectarine.
Portioned piece of steak with sauteed broccoli and fresh garlic
2 eggs, cooked smoked salmon, and a peach.
Now get outside and have fun by working hard!
