A Walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson on amazon
This is an interesting and funny account of Bill’s journey to hike the Appalachian Trail that I’ve found very entertaining as my nighttime read.
A Walk in the Woods would be good even if you didn’t like hiking. Bill is a great writer!

Fun workout from The Get Better Project (the image isn’t the workout, but me doing it)
Full workout included in the post, and it was fun :-). A lot of times they are a good challenge, or you know the workout was good for you, but this one was truly fun (and good for you).
Snack that I’m still munching on daily –
Crunchy Chickpeas from Saffron Road
I’ve mentioned these before on the email, but Emily literally just ordered 15 bags of these on Amazon, and I eat at least a half bag a day.
They are high fiber, low sugar, and make you feel full for not many calories.
My favorite flavors are Falafel and Bombay Spice. I AM NOT ENDORSING THE SWEET FLAVORS! Just to make that clear :-).
