This is a topic that comes up in conversation all the time. “I’d like to get into great shape, but I need to stop drinking. I know I should, but…” It’s not the people who are alcoholics (although I’d love to help them too), it’s the people who can’t get out of their college routine even though they know they need to. Or those people that have a not-so-great peer group that they need to kick to the curb.

Thought that I’m pondering –
City life vs. country life (or middle of nowhere life)
I’m going to save the full thought for another time (after I have more experience), but I wanted to let you know that I’m really thinking about this right now. Specifically the quality of life in each scenario.
