This email is coming to you from a campground in Truckee CA where the mountain biking is ON POINT!!! We rode a trail last night called Big Chief trail that was one of the prettiest we’ve ever been on!

Because of lack of internet I didn’t get a podcast out last week, so I doubled up this week. Both are in the same genre. If you need the best body weight exercise you can do… go with the first. And if you’re struggling with getting into an at-home (or non-gym) workout routine… checkout the second.

Mountain biking on the Big Chief trail in Truckee – Trail Forks
The views from Big Chief trail in Truckee were on point, there were some crazy drops, natural rock jumps, and even a few man-made rock bridges. Oh, and we saw a bear! Amazing stuff!
We will definitely have to come back here to do more biking in the future!
My favorite new movement –
Goblet side lunges
Holy smokes, I did these on Tuesday and my hamstrings still feel like they could cramp at any moment (3 days later!). #awesomesauce
I love it when I find movements that crush me! It means there’s big room for improvement. If you can switch your mind to love things that you’re bad at… you’ll do those things often and get great improvements.
