Happy Friday! Here’s what I’ve found cool, fun, interesting, or thoughtful this week.
My latest podcast episode –
Best training program, carbs & training, and fitness without equipment
These questions come from my fantastic listeners. If you ever have questions that you’d like answered on the podcast… just let me know.
Online course I’ve been enjoying –
The Wim Hof Method Fundamentals course.
Better known as the Iceman, Wim Hof has been able to accomplish some amazing things, such as – crazy feats of cold exposure, and controlling his autonomic nervous system.
A few months back I took the Wim Hof Method 10-Week Video Course. Which, although it left me hanging a bit at the end, was an outstanding experience. You can read my review here.
This is his newest course, and after two weeks, I’m very excited about what’s to come. I’ve already felt an improvement in my breathing during exercise.
Book that I can’t put down –
Origin by Dan Brown. I’ve always been a huge fan of the way Dan Brown writes. So, when I heard he was coming out with a new book I signed up to be alerted when it was released.
I just love the way he ties real history and modern technology into his writing.
It’s been fun to read another Dan Brown book!
My top post on Instagram –
Sumo deadlifts with a pause at the bottom. #getstrong
Now jump into your weekend, and tell someone what you appreciate about them. It might be hard at first, but once you do it a few times, you’ll get better at it, and you’ll just start doing it naturally.
