March Burpee Challenge –
If you would like to get a little leaner, gain some extra endurance, and/or create an exercise habit… Joining our March Burpee Challenge would be a fantastic idea!

How I’m Getting Better at ANYTHING –
15 mins a day of what you want to Get Better at
I picked this one up from Joanna Yates (Sedona mountain bike coach), and it’s such a great action plan.
All you have to do is practice/play with what you want to Get Better at for 15 mins most days (I do 5 days a week).
For me this is practicing mountain bike skills (like wheelies, manuals, bunnyhops, etc.), but this could be writing, reading something you want to learn, playing an instrument, or whatever you want to Get Better at!
15 mins a day REALLY adds up over a year, and you’ll look back and feel like you’ve done very little for some HUGE improvements!
