I’ve seen one too many overweight people order Frappuccino’s at Starbucks.

So, I recorded a whole podcast on exactly what you should order at Starbucks, and what you should only order after an intense workout (ONLY).

Starbucks is a great place, but you might be surprised that I’ll only order a few things from their menu. Here’s why, and what you need to know.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Perfect Bar

After testing several Perfect Bar’s I’ve come to conclusion that they make me feel pretty darn good. My only wish is that they included more protein.

Anyway, Trader Joe’s had this new flavor that has started to become apart of my rotation. They’re good!

Thought that I continue pondering –

How you do anything is how you do everything.

All I’m going to say is… set a standard for your life and the quality of work/things you do, now hold yourself to that standard in all parts of your life.

Talk about an interesting podcast! Russell Brand’s brain seems to work faster than the average person, and he’s thought about some really deep stuff. I really enjoyed this, particularly the part on spirituality.
