What I’m eating –
Ok, so I know that I talked about eating pizza in the last Feel Good Friday BUT this week we are in New York, and although all of the people that we talked to in Connecticut said that New Haven pizza was the best… I have to say that Gramaldi’s under the Brooklyn Bridge is the best food that I’ve ever eaten. Yep, the best food!
Now I’m not suggesting that you go out and eat pizza everyday. We walked/ran over 24 miles in NYC on the day we ate pizza, and only eat it (at most) once per week as a cheat meal. But, if you’re in NYC walk across the Brooklyn Bridge and go to Gramaldi’s.

Running for My Life by Lopez Lomong
This is quite the story of hardship, great inspiration, and appreciation for what we have here in the US. I highly recommend it for athletes and non-athletes alike!
