Sea kayaking off the shore of the Channel Islands National Park
We had waves, wind, and sea caves. It was AWESOME!!!
I would highly recommend this adventure out on the Channel Islands, and would even recommend the guide, John (if you have a choice).

The Book of Joy by Dalai Lama (amazon)
The Book of Joy is a fascinating read that’s full of amazing thoughts and perspectives. I highly recommend it!
Workout of the week –
3 Easy Rounds by The Get Better Project
So… this workout is incredibly simple, but I won’t lie… it CRUSHED me when I did it. Don’t worry though, I hit it with 100% intensity. But it’s still a great workout for any age or skill level, just scale the weight (if needed). 🙂
