Great Value Vegetable Chips
When people think of veggie chips they seem to think of the Terra brand. The only issue with Terra is they put so little in their bags.
If you buy a bag of Great Value Vegetable Chips, that bag is loaded! And the ingredients are plantain, parsnip, cassava, purple sweet potato, orange sweet potato, beetroot, sunflower oil, and sea salt.
You basically just tap your finger on the screen of your phone each morning, and that data can tell you if your central nervous system is primed and ready, or tired and needing rest. Just know that you need to use it often to get enough data to see trends.
I’ve been using this alongside my Whoop strap to gauge if my body is ready for battle, or if I should lay off for the day. It’s very simple yet effective.
