Super Human: The Bulletproof Plan to Age Backward and Maybe Even Live Forever by Dave Asprey (amazon)
I’m only about 1/2 way into this one, and have learned some GREAT (Super Human) stuff about food, sleep, and exercise that already have me setting up to give it 5 stars (and 2 thumbs up)!
