This week I’m emailing you from Alamogordo New Mexico, which is just down the road from the White Sands Monument, where we’ve been experiencing wind gusts of up to 80 mph.
Just in case you were wondering this doesn’t create a great recipe for sleeping in a pop top Sprinter van.

So, this book is a little heavy on the religious preaching, and I’m not religious at all, but even still… there were some AWESOME takeaways from the book!
If you’re looking for a boost to achieve more, or feeling lost, this is a great quick read.

What I’m eating –
Chopped Salad at The Corner Bakery Cafe
I consumed this a few days back in El Paso near the airport, and it was the largest salad I have ever not made myself! And it was very delicious!
They also have a nutrition calculator section on their website, so you know exactly what you’re eating, and can easily add it to MyFitnessPal.
