Happy Friday! Here are the things that I’ve found cool, or have been excited about this week.
Project that I’m incredibly stoked about – The Get Better Project. We are just getting started with the beta phase of this project.
Right now, The Get Better Project is centered around getting better at CrossFit by analyzing your complete CrossFit world (workouts, nutrition, lifestyle, etc.), and prescribing what will make YOU better.

Book that’s getting me fired up – The 10 X Rule by Grant Cardone.
This is the kind of book that makes me feel like I can run through walls in my business! If you’re in the need of a motivational business/work kick in the butt, check this out.
What we’re eating at our house this week – Hatch Chili Slow Cooker Pork.
This meal is super easy to create, and is inspired by the burrito bowl. I’ve also been told that the picture I used to promote this meal was really terrible, and reminded people of dog food. What do you think?
